Specifies default command-line arguments for runs
run.schedule use the syntax of the standard command-server commands. Only one line of each type should be present in the file.
>setDefault Test OH_plume run.alg >setDefault Calibration zero zero.alg >setDefault Spectra man3 bulb1 OH mattson run.alg >setDefault ProductStudy man2 bulb2 OH mattson LIF run.alg >setDefault Kinetics man1 bulb1 OH ringdown LIF singlepass run.alg
run.cmds.dflt is used to set defaults for run-time commands. It is read by the command server when it starts, and the defaults are applied to any unspecified command-line or run.schedule arguments. The setDefault commands can also be issued "live", to change the defaults on the fly.
It is anticipated that each experimenter will have their own run.cmds.dflt, so we will probably provide an automated way to copy in the latest version from their home directories. Experimenters may also edit run.cmds.dflt during runs and reload it by issuing the command "loadDefaults".
